Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using mynexdrive.com ("Site") operated by NexDrive ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or placing an order on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

1. Products & Descriptions

NexDrive™ sells the NexDrive™ AFM/DFM Disabler, an OBD-II plug-and-play device designed for GM V6/V8 vehicles equipped with Active Fuel Management (AFM) or Dynamic Fuel Management (DFM) systems.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product photos, colors, or descriptions on our Site are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Minor variations in product appearance (such as slight color differences between the product and screen display) do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

The NexDrive™ AFM/DFM Disabler does not modify, reprogram, or alter your vehicle's ECU. It is fully reversible by unplugging the device from the OBD-II port.

2. Vehicle Compatibility

A full compatibility list covering 80+ GM models is available on our product page. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm their vehicle's compatibility before placing an order. If you are unsure whether the device works with your vehicle, contact us before purchasing with your year and model and we will confirm at no charge.

We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible vehicles when the compatibility information was available on our Site at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

All orders include free shipping. Promotional pricing, bundle deals, and limited-time offers may be updated, changed, or removed at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We accept the payment methods displayed on our Site, including major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including after confirmation or payment. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders include free shipping as advertised. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as approximate guidelines and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier after the tracking shows delivery.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on single-unit full-price purchases. If you are not completely happy with your NexDrive™ AFM Disabler, contact us for a full refund or free exchange.

This guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle (2-pack or 3-pack)
  • Items purchased using promotional codes, flash sale pricing, or discounted offers
  • Free or bonus items included with a promotion
  • Lifetime warranty upsell purchases (handled under separate warranty terms)

7. Returns & Refunds

Refund and return eligibility is determined by the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee and Order Issue & Guarantee Policy. In general:

  • Single-unit full-price orders are eligible for a refund or exchange under our satisfaction guarantee
  • Bundle and promotional orders are final sale, except in cases of verified fulfillment error
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval
  • We do not provide refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, subjective performance expectations, fuel economy changes, or pre-existing vehicle damage

8. Product Use & Disclaimer

The NexDrive™ AFM/DFM Disabler is an aftermarket automotive accessory. By purchasing and installing this product, you acknowledge the following:

  • The device disables your vehicle's AFM/DFM cylinder deactivation system and keeps the engine in full-cylinder mode. This may result in a marginal change in fuel economy (typically 0–0.5 MPG).
  • The device does not repair existing engine damage, lifter failure, or mechanical issues. It is a preventative measure designed to reduce future wear caused by cylinder deactivation cycling.
  • We recommend unplugging the device if your vehicle will sit unused for 2 or more days to preserve battery.
  • Installation and use of this product is at the customer's own risk. NexDrive is not liable for any vehicle damage, engine issues, warranty disputes with your vehicle manufacturer, or any other mechanical problems that arise before, during, or after use of this product.
  • This product is not a substitute for regular vehicle maintenance.
  • NexDrive makes no claims that this product is endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by General Motors or any vehicle manufacturer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, page designs, and code — is the property of NexDrive or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

NexDrive™ is a trademark of NexDrive. GM, Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Pontiac, Holden, and all vehicle model names referenced on this Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for compatibility identification purposes.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use this Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or claims
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site

11. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexDrive, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site, your purchase of any product, or your use or inability to use the NexDrive™ AFM/DFM Disabler.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexDrive, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this Site, your purchase or use of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site shall first be addressed by contacting us directly via our Contact page (mynexdrive.com/pages/contact). We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis — class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

15. Chargebacks

Customers who initiate a chargeback without first contacting us via our Contact page may have their claim permanently denied. All correspondence, tracking data, shipping records, and verification materials are retained and submitted as evidence in chargeback disputes.

Filing a chargeback in violation of these Terms or our Order Issue & Guarantee Policy may result in the claim being contested and the customer being reported to chargeback fraud databases.

16. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site and do not endorse any products or services offered by third parties.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Order Issue & Guarantee Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NexDrive regarding your use of this Site and purchase of any products.
